I found this because I needed to update a spreadsheet via computer and save back to the sd card on my phone but I can't even see the file via computer but it is there via phone. This has been working previously and I have not changed anything or done anything different besides updating the phone to the Nov 6 AAH667 update a couple of days ago. I do not have anything hidden nor do I have a file manager other than the native marshmallow one. I can see all folders but only access part of them. I tapped MTP which is what has been working all along.
